# Trading

> Wallet to pool, with routing that meets you where your funds are.

Trading on BaseStonk is wallet-to-pool through a router that custodies
nothing. There is no deposit and no account.

## Pay with whatever you hold

On crypto-paired tokens the trade panel accepts **ETH, WETH or USDC**
directly: it routes your asset into the token's pair through an
aggregator, then completes the pool swap - one flow, one confirmation.

On stock-paired tokens:

* **ST0x wrapped stock pairs** (wtCOIN, wtNVDA, wtMSTR, wtSPCX) route from
  ETH the same way.
* **Coinbase B20 stock pairs** cannot be routed into - you must hold the
  stock already. The panel says so rather than failing.

## Charts and data

Every token page carries live candles, trades, holders and the token's
tax mechanics. The figures come from BaseStonk's own indexer reading the
chain - the same numbers the [public API](/integration/api) serves.

## Fees you pay when trading

The token's launch-time tax (see [Fees](/fees)) is taken inside the swap.
The interface shows the token's rate on its page - there are no other
platform charges on top.
